The Arizona Watchable Wildlife Tourism Association's (AWWTA) goals are to make finding Arizona's unique and exciting wildlife watching opportunities easier for the public to enjoy and to educate local residents and governments about the importance and benefits of maintaining habitat for Arizona's wildlife. 

AWWTA's MISSION - AWWTA will promote and advocate Arizona's birding and watchable wildlife tourism industry through marketing and product development, education, conservation and adherence to ethical and sustainable practices. 

AWWTA's VISION - AWWTA will become the best in Arizona at educating visitors and providers of nature tourism about the exciting recreational, social and economic benefits of wildlife conservation, preservation and hospitality. 

AWWTA's MEMBERS - AWWTA's members embody the nature tourism spectrum: bed and breakfasts, chambers of commerce, convention and visitors bureaus, local, state and federal agencies, lodging and food service providers, students and teachers, and nature enthusiasts.

Includes all the benefits of Friends of AWWTA membership plus the following added benefits:

Supporting Member ($500 per year)

Includes all the benefits of Business membership plus the following added benefits:

  • Logo recognition on website with link to onsite full description webpage including 2 images
  • Free admission to future wildlife viewing-recreation/tourism-related workshops and seminars

 

Sponsoring Member ($3,000 per year)

Includes all the benefits of Supporting membership plus the following added benefits:

  • Masthead recognition
